Welcome! If you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’ve already heard a little about our SpokesModel Program. Maybe a friend participated in the past, you spotted a post on Instagram or Facebook, or you received something in the mail from us. However you found us, we’re so glad you’re here. Take a few minutes to read through this page to learn what the Classical Photography SpokesModel Program is all about—and why it’s such a meaningful and exciting experience. For nearly three decades, Classical Photography has been the leader in senior portraits throughout West Georgia and East Alabama. We began photographing high school seniors with the Class of 1996 and proudly introduced the area’s very first Model Program with the Class of 1998. As our Class of 2026 season winds down, we’re always looking ahead to what’s next… and that’s the Class of 2027!

Each year, we photograph seniors from more than 20 area high schools, and our goal is to build a diverse, representative SpokesModel team from each one. Some schools may have just one selected student, while larger schools may have a team of up to ten. With graduating classes of 400+ students, this allows us to connect with different groups, interests, and personalities within each school.

We intentionally seek out students who are involved in a variety of activities—athletics, arts, academics, leadership, and community service—so our team reflects the full spirit of their senior class. This year, we were honored to work with nearly 40 incredible SpokesModels from the Class of 2026, representing some of the very best and brightest seniors in our region.

So, what is a SpokesModel and what Great things do you get to do when you're selected?

A Classical SpokesModel is a member of the Class of 2027 who is engaged, motivated, and respected—both in school and in the community. While many of our SpokesModels are well known among their peers, this program is not a popularity contest. What matters most to us is character, involvement, and a positive presence. Being selected is meant to be a meaningful addition to your high school journey—and a fun, confidence-building experience in front of the camera.

SpokesModels serve as ambassadors for Classical Photography, giving us the opportunity to photograph them early—and often more than once—to showcase our latest looks, sets, locations, and creative styles. Your images help introduce rising seniors to what’s new and next in senior portrait photography, and there’s no better way to do that than through real students they know and trust.

While most Class of 2027 seniors will have their portraits taken during the summer before senior year, SpokesModel sessions begin in the spring and continue into the summer. This timing allows us to share fresh, eye-catching images on social media right when your friends are choosing who will photograph their senior portraits. Simply put: they see you, they see the images, and they want the experience too.

As a SpokesModel, you’ll enjoy extra-large, custom portrait sessions at no cost, with more creative freedom and “wow-factor” than a standard senior session. You’ll receive immediate discounts on your senior portraits, along with opportunities to earn additional rewards throughout the year. These extended sessions often take place over multiple visits, allowing us to fully explore different styles, outfits, and locations—something not available to regular senior clients.

Our SpokesModel team gives us the chance to push creative boundaries and debut new techniques, all while putting you front and center. SpokesModels become the face of Classical Photography for the Class of 2027, representing the style, confidence, and individuality of their graduating class.

The images we create with you throughout your SpokesModel experience are your senior portraits. Together, we’ll collaborate on looks, locations, and styles that feel authentic to you—resulting in a collection that represents the very best of who you are. Nowhere else will you find such a unique blend of studio and outdoor photography, all designed to create images that truly stand out.

becoming a Class of 2027 SpokesModel—so what happens next?

The first step is to apply. The link below will take you to our online application form. Please complete it in full and upload a recent snapshot of yourself (make sure it’s just you in the photo). We also ask that your parent or guardian is on board, as parental permission is required to participate in the program.

While we would love to include everyone, selection is competitive. Last year, we chose students from more than 200 applicants. Those selected will be invited to an interview and information session with Classical Photography owners, Kash and Sherry Johnson. This meeting gives both students and parents the opportunity to learn all the details and ask questions before moving forward.

Interviews for the Class of 2027 will take place in late February through early March 2026. Shortly after, we’ll begin scheduling the first SpokesModel photo sessions—and from there on out, it’s all about creativity, confidence, and having fun.
